America, Russia, and the Cold War 1945 (10e)
Forty years is a long time for the life of either a working historian or a book on contemporaryforeign policy. Im a deeply indebted to those who have found this book useful(even, to judge from a number of mesaages, provocative),and to those who have written about the parts they laerned form and the parts they believed needed improvement. When the volume initially appeared, the Vietnam War was reaching its peak and Americans were more fully involved (often on the streets) in U.S. foreign policy than at any time since 1898 or 1812.
