Strategic Management: Formulation, Implementation, and Control
The seventh edition continues to use a model of the strategic management process as the basis for the organization of the text material. Previous adapters have identified that model as a key distinctive competence for the text because it offers a logical flow to strategic management. The model has been modestly refined to reflect strategic analysis at different organizational levels as well as the importance of the internal analysis in the strategic management process. The text material is devided into 12 chapters. The first chapter provides an overview of strategic management and the remaining 11 chapters cover each part of the strategic management process and techniques that aid strategic analysis, forecasting, desicion making, implementation, and control.
