Knowledge management is a topic of steadily increasing interest to today's organizations. To date, however, the field of industrial/organizational pschology has not yet applied its unique knowledge and expertise to the problem of competing through knowledge. This volume addresses the problem by presenting a framework. This book explains why many scholars believe it is the direction for competition in the future and shows how industrial/organizational psychologists can not only contribute to our understanding of knowledge- based competition but also to the ability of companies to succed with it.
